Si hi ha <strong>requeriment<\/strong>, atenem en termini amb l&#8217; esmena o prova addicional.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<h3>Com <strong>acreditar \u00fas com a habitatge<\/strong> quan no hi ha c\u00e8dula pr\u00e8via<\/h3>\n<p>Quan l&#8217; immoble <strong>mai<\/strong> va disposar de c\u00e8dula o hi ha llacunes a l&#8217; arxiu, la pe\u00e7a clau \u00e9s <strong>demostrar la residencialitat hist\u00f2rica<\/strong> amb <strong>documents de fedatari p\u00fablic<\/strong>. El que millor ens funciona:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Registre de la Propietat \/ nota simple<\/strong> que identifiqui l&#8217;\u00fas.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Padr\u00f3 municipal<\/strong> (millor <strong>hist\u00f2ric d&#8217;empadronament<\/strong> en aquest domicili).<\/li>\n<li>Qualsevol <strong>acta o document fefaent<\/strong> que acrediti l&#8217; \u00fas residencial continuat.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<blockquote><p>Cas real : &#8220;Ens hem trobat casos complicats que, <strong>mitjan\u00e7ant l&#8217;hist\u00f2ric d&#8217;empadronament<\/strong>, hem aconseguit una c\u00e8dula que <strong>semblava impossible<\/strong>&#8220;. Si el padr\u00f3 quadra amb el relat d&#8217;\u00fas i l&#8217;estat actual \u00e9s raonable, la validaci\u00f3 sol destraar-se. El certificat hist\u00f2ric d&#8217;empadronament no es pot obtenir online i la seva obtenci\u00f3 es pot dilatar m\u00e9s de 30 dies, per aquest motiu cal avan\u00e7ar-se en la sol\u00b7licitud.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p><strong>Consell operatiu:<\/strong> reuneix <strong>tot el paquet probatori<\/strong> abans de presentar.
