L\u00f2gicament, si el pis est\u00e0 d&#8217;origen, el preu no ser\u00e0 el mateix que d&#8217;una obra nova o un pis que es va reformar fa un any.  <\/p><p>Avui dia els clients s\u00f3n m\u00e9s exigents i tenen en compte el consum energ\u00e8tic i les emissions de l&#8217;immoble. Des de la comunitat Europea es va regular que per posar a la venda un edifici calia disposar d&#8217;un certificat d&#8217;efici\u00e8ncia energ\u00e8tica.
